GMCR EPaCCS Support

The Digital Team at Health Innovation Manchester, are working in close collaboration with colleagues from the Palliative and End of Life Care team at the Strategic Clinical Network and the GMCR Product Team. Together, we can provide advice and guidance to support you with the implementation, embedding or scaling of GMCR EPaCCS.  

We can support with: 

• Locality project plans (including pilots and testing)   

• Communication and engagement including communication toolkits, presentations and attendance at meetings 

• Training and technical support – training materials, technical support, virtual training sessions 

• Clinical advice and guidance 

• Development of your GMCR Readiness Checklist for governance approval

• Data and business intelligence to support roll out, evaluation and usage monitoring 

• Signposting to localities/areas for peer support
